Staff is horrible, atrocious they have no clue what there doing. I pick up my dog from the hospital expecting to pay around 300 to 350 and they hit me with a $500 bill. They quoted me one price and then claimed I miss understood there quote for the hospital stay
( How convenient )  The ladies behind the counter did not know how to use a calculator. When I spoke with who I assume was the office manager between her and the desk clerk they were just throwing numbers at me for the bill. If I could I wouldn't even give them a star. Me personally I Will go elsewhere for my pet care.

the one bright spot was the veterinarian that took care of my dog she was outstanding.

I have been taking my cats to Day Heights Vet Clinic for several years. Even though I usually deal with one vet, I have taken my cats to the other vets in some occasions. I have been happy with all three doctors.
