Very upset with my experience with Day n Nite. They came to fix a leaky pipe and I mentioned that my toilet also wasn't seeming to flush properly. The plumber then re-built the toilet because he told met that would fix it. It didn't fix it, which means it didn't need a re-build and what I actually needed was a new toilet. He should have known this being an expert. Now I've paid $575 for a re-built toilet that actually works even worse than it did before. When I called them to come back they saw upon arrival that it wasn't working and said it was because of the type of toilet and there was no fix for it but that really I needed a new toilet. Had the original plumber told me I needed a new toilet I would have waited instead of paying for a re-build I didn't need that wouldn't fix the problem. They then charged me for the second call to come out and fix nothing when it's the original plumber mis-diagnosed the issue to being with but I still had to pay for them coming out for the call. This was a complete money-maker for the company and now I'm out almost $600 and left with a toilet that only flushes completely 5% of the time.

Very friendly staff. They were informative and helpful with what I was trying to accomplish. Plumbing isn't cheap but when they were done I had the comfort of knowing it was done right, so my comfort outweighs cost.

Day and Night is great. We've had Brett come out a couple times and he's extremely prompt, friendly, talks you through the problem, what needs to be fixed and what to watch for going forward. He explains the charge prior to doing the job. I would highly recommend Day and Night for any plumbing needs!!

I have been impressed with the scheduling and how they keep the customer informed. I am even more impressed with the service people themselves. They are courteous and when working they do not settle for "OK"; they like to make things "right", even doing extra work to make it that way.

We have used the services of Day & Nite Plumbing and Heating for years. They are prompt, courteous and efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
