I would give negative stars if I can.
I made the call at 9:20am.  First they said between 10am-12pm, I call at 11:45am and they told me estimated time of arrival is 12pm and 12:15pm.  This guy Mike Fahmie shows up 12:36pm.  5 minutes into whatever he was doing, he notices that we us NEST thermostat.  He tells me "We don't work on homes that use NEST Thermostat and just leaves."  There's more to the story after but bit too frustrated right now to type it all out.

They charged us $150.00 to look at our old furnace. They were supposed to give us an estimate for replacement. They didn't, even after several calls to them.

James is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable to work with; the price is very reasonable to replace the new furnace but when we ask them to come back to install duct dampers on existing system to re-direct airflow for only three hours of work they sure charge a lot.

I'm pretty sure I've already left a review. Its getting to the point that you can't have any service people in without getting harrassed multiple times for the follow up reviews. Amazon is definitely the worst for this. Trust me, I'd let you know if anything was off, but it was fine. Thank you.
