This place has come under new management and was an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly, the beds were amazing, had breakfast that was very good and the buffet layout was efficient and overall, the place was clean and orderly. They even have a laundry area! I have never had that convienance in any other hotel ever. I absolutely love the warm color scheme. The other reviews on this place makes this place sound bad, but I promise you, now since it's under new management, this place is truly amazing! The staff was very helpful and made you feel very welcomed and at home. A hotel that makes you feel like your at home when your away from home is something that's hard to find. I recommend this place and to the reviewers that visited in the past, give it another chance. I know you won't be dissapointed. Thank you for the most wonderful stay! We will be back for sure.

I checked in first didn't have permission to redeem my points went to room go to bathroom hole in wall trashcan on tub bugs playing tag in tub change room roaches having a meeting everywhere said terminator just came need to be called back staff very friendly get the bugs under control rating could go up a star

Stay was horrible. They gave our reserved rooms away. There was bugs in our room, had to change rooms. The wifi is horrible. The phone was broke. Left over trash in our room. Ect.

stars if i could,  Went to our room and found BEDBUGS IN OUR BED!!!! Wish we would've obtained evidence for which We would have sued them. They refused to give us a refund and offered to give us another room which wasn't any better. If you are reading this PLEASE NEVER EVER EVER EVER COME TO THIS HOTEL, GO PLEASE GO TO THE HOTEL ACROSS THE STREET FOR $20 MORE IT IS WORTH EVERY CENT.

Seemed ok when we got here. The only negative so far is ten minutes into getting into our room and unpacking suitcases a roach crawled across the nightstand. Everything else seems ok.
