Omgish I absolutely loved it! The room was beautiful...the convenience of restaurants were close and amazing food also. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed using my points through wyndoms to stay there. It was very quiet and no one to bother you. Loved it. 💕💕✔✔

Very nice location. Close to several eateries and restaurants, as well as a Walmart. Room was a bit small, but very clean and in good repair. Definitely would stay here again if I am in the area.

I myself am an owner of a local business in Lenoir City. I tried to make reservations for one of my employees and his wife whose apartment flooded due to a busted pipe that had frozen. We were denied the room not because of rooms being unavailable, but to quote desk reception, "We can't rent to locals because of prostitution." So it is with all sarcasm intended, I truly hope your out of area guests aren't offended by the supposed prostitutes roaming your hotel. Thanks to you my employee and his wife are spending the night in another local hotel until their landlord can fix the problem at their apartment which is perfectly fine with them. They have somewhere warm and dry to stay tonight no thanks to your establishment.

Roaches are here!! We checked in, checked around the room for bugs right away. Didn't see bed bugs. A few hrs later got up to go to the bathroom and saw a roach in the bathroom. My husband killed it. Didn't see anymore. We took all our belongings back out to the car. It was 2 in the morning so we stayed. In the morning we saw 2 more roaches around the bathroom. During check out I showed the pictures to the front desk and made them aware. They denied having roaches and said they'd call pest control Monday. They didn't offer any money back and basically shrugged us off. The needs are super comfy and the room was clean. The roaches were small, so probably a newer problem.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was freindly however the cleaning stsff ignores the do not disturb sign. They have a shuttle that will pick you up while your truck is at Freightliner being worked on but won't take you back unless they are going to pick up another customer. Had to call a cab to get back to truck while staff kept hounding us about getting out of the room. It's 11:10 am and they are pressuring us to wait outside for cab....
