we stayed here for our kid spring break because we wanted to not stay on the beach in case it got crazy with spring breakers we was 15 min to Panama city beach and 15 min to Mexico beach. came back and stayed for bike week stay here 2 different times and was very happy it was clean and people are nice as could be. the rates are way under 1/2 of the cost of the beach and you are away from the beach traffic.

They have pretty good nightly rates. The room was clean and comfortable. The font desk staff was very friendly. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, which came as a nice surprise since it wasn't listed on the website. I just wish they had a weekly rate.

I thought this place was great until they stole my money and double charged me for a room, and the general manager refused to contact me back in regards to the issue. Now I have to get a lawyer involved to get my money back. As a manager myself this is highly unprofessional. Dont rent here unless you want your money stolen.
