Located just south of Panama City Mall on hwy 231, we are close to shopping, hospitals, restaurants, marina civic center and only 20 minutes from the worlds most beautiful beaches. Each of our room has a micro-fridge, in room coffee, hairdryer, cable with HBO, and wireless internet. It's not a bad place to stay  We were right next to the pool and arrived back at 9pm to a large group in the pool with a boom box blaring concerned about the noise and when we walked into the room it was quiet. The room was clean, the sheets clean, the refrigerator and microwave were spotless so to conclude, it's not a bad place to stay.  We had no issues.  Thanks for a great weekend Red Roof Inn.

First of all made reservations a month early, sold my condo and waiting for my military husband to return.. when I arrived the parking was big enough to park both truck and trailers. Being a military wife we always have many obstacles to overcome. When checking in the manager had cancelled my eight day stay to make more money since it's spring break.. come on really.. I have two dogs, one small and one big dog.. they gave me another Room!!!!! But the next morning found out they had cancelled 14 others guests room... 
The waffles where good, biscuits and gravy was great... The staff was nice, the rooms where great..  But was floored by he smell of the pot smell that seem to be the air freshener there.. brasen they'd smoke it by the doors, in their rooms, open the big window and blow it out... So if you're looking for dope between the two hotels your sure to find it... Would I ever stay at a red roof inn, Not unless I would have to, don't think all of them are like this... Just in Panama City and the Beach...

Have a service animal and requested to be away from other pets but was not allowed to. My poor service dog and my son and I never got any rest due to people with pets that have absolutely no respect. Howling, barking, whining all night long. Not too mention the drunk owners loud as hell in the hallway right by the night desk but he couldn't get off his butt to say anything. I had to actually get up and tell people to shut up. Beds were horrible. The whole stay was awful. When I checked out and complained to day staff she wrote everything done and said the manager would call me. Yeah...that never happened. God awful hotel. Do not stay here!!!!

Checking out in a few mins and I must say this was a great stay ! I was skeptical at first because I’ve always lived in the bigger name hotels but this place was more than I expected. The rooms were a nice size and clean. The house keeping was great. And Mrs. Lorine ( the elder lady that did breakfast) made the place feel like home ! I love her. I’ll come back for sure!

I was here picking up a friend but from what I saw parking was easy. The lobby was clean and the elevators were pretty nice. The rooms....were REALLY clean, up to date and actually nice. She had been there 2 days. For a local place, I was impressed. I would do a "Staycation" here with my girls.
