The dining room was nasty the trash cans were over flowing. I was rented a room that hadn't been cleaned. And, the other room didn't have a working TV or phone. We left and, went to the Best Western Inn.

We came from San Antonio to a wedding here in Rayne and our family got several rooms here. They were clean and Comfortable! The staff is what makes a Stay for us and they were Very Helpful and willing to go above and beyond with service. We will be back.

Nice, clean, economy hotel. Large rooms, comfy bed. Friendly staff. Great seafood restaurant next door. Stay here whenever we come thru.

The worst night of my family's life as soon as we checked in and walked up the stairs the smell of pot kicked you in the face and have to tell you 5 year old someone was sprayed by a skunk. Then as we are trying to get our child to sleep after being on the road for 14 hours the people next to us decided to start partying like they are still at the bar at 130 in the morning. Then the next day after we checked out they tried to charge my card for me smoking in my room when I don't even smoke trying to charge me for the people next doors mess. Stay away from this place spend the little extra money and stay at the best western instead.

Very bad experience! We paid for two nights, however due to an error on their part apparently thought we were staying one night. Unbeknownst to us they completely cleaned out our room and took all of our belongings without calling us or using simple logic that  there obviously was an error. When we returned to our room late that night we found it completely empty. They informed us they were not ever going to call us,  they just wait for guests to come searching for items. Not only did they touch all of our belongings and violate our privacy but stuffed everything in a few bags. They did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. We left immediately and went to the Best Western down the road. Highly recommend NOT staying here!
