This Hotel room Has good Quality services... Great Housekeeping... Good attitude.... And plenty more!!! If I ever went to Crowley Louisiana for a place to lay my head for the night Budget Inn and Suites would be the Hotel for me!!!! I Love the Good Quality and hard work done to the rooms and the property.... Plenty of Thanks to Budget Inn and Suites Hotel and people who own/run it!!!! :)

Disrespectful employees rude not clean run down rooms stayed for three weeks only bout ten others customers but they only came and went and got harassed for not getting up in time to pay a rate the chose to charge us each day one day paid almost 80 dollars after paying almost15 dollars less with the deposit they r the most in educated backwoods inbreeds this man could ever have chosen to run his hotel

Not clean, unfriendly, almost "RUDE" customer service, and building falling apart. Owners blamed it on my children being "Bad kids", said my children tore the room up. When that wasn't the truth at all. Truth was when we woke in  the morning after sleeping there the night I walk into the bathroom to see the ceiling hanging down!!! Could see pipes and all inside ceiling! And also big bugs and critters crawling around in bathroom and room as soon as we arrived and opened room door and turned lights on!!! We turned lights on to find giant bugs crawling on floor!!! And because we were 7 minutes past check out time getting belongings out of room were refused the lousy little $10 deposit returned to us. But, thankfully one of the owners apparently had a changed of heart  (or something) and approached me and offered my $10 back to me.... Also, ALL ice machines were broken and no vending/soda machines operational and the pool was also not open to be used!!!

Do not even think about staying here. When we booked this place we read the reviews that must have been posted by the owners. This place was so bad, that we could not stay. Bed cover was stained and had cigarette burns. Sheets were stained. King size bed had king size pillows with standard pillow covers, leaving 1/3 of the yellow stained pillow exposed. Even though we were the only customers there, they had nothing better to offer so we left. Hopefully we can get our money back.
