Treated me and my Service Dogs  unprofessionally.  They don't know the ADA Laws.  Asked for first floor (obviously)  but put me on second floor.  Room was OK until you look closer.  Oil stained bed skirts.  Filthy carpets that you can only see by looking at the bottom of your feet.  Door barely locked.
Other than that typical HOTEL.   
Now, here comes the surprise.  Please take pics before and after your stay. Your smart phone will automatically time stamp them so don't worry.  The Manager charged a 150.00 extra cleaning fee because of the Service Dog.  Not allowed under Federal law!  Only for damages.  I actually had to send these knuckleheads the ADA Justice Department guidelines.  They aren't to bright in Chula Vista!  I'm taking action with my Bank, Expedia, ADA, 
Wyndham Hotels, and Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce.
Since most chain hotels are independently owned and operated they seem to run all over their guests AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY.  More to come if there is no resolution.

There was no issues. It's a warm place to sleep and the beds are comfy. They have breakfast but not much of a selection. Gave me a late check out at 12pm. Worked with me, lovely stay

First let me start with bed bugs and cockroach. I booked the hotel for 3 days, on the first morning my son(2 year old) showed cockroach on the corners and to my surprise I saw a small bug walking on one of the queen size bed. I went to the facility to complain and I was shocked to know that they were aware of the issue, hence he offered me another room in 2nd floor as per his description due to tree they only have bugs in 1st floor!!  Due to long weekend craziness I couldn't get another hotel and I had to stay in the hotel so I moved to send floor.

In 2nd floor room the flush was clogging and the room had a weird smell. I had to spray my perfume and to make to tolerable!

Nice hotel, not exactly in the best area. The area immediately outside of the hotel is pretty dirty and run down, but the actual hotel is quite nice. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the doors and windows are pretty secure. Definitely felt safe and was comfortable with the amount of privacy I had.

Writing to especially thank Mike at the front desk for his efficiency during check in of our large group, and his continuous effort to help whenever he could.
The facility is older, but staff is exceptional.
