My package arrived on time and the driver was wonderful. However I spoke with a lady named Lily in the office and she gave me false information. She said it would be $25 to use the liftgate and she would put it on a truck with one so if I did not need to use it I would not get charged. The day of the delivery said she did not tell me that, that I was lying about the information. So I politely ask to speak to a manager and she told me she did not need to talk to me and instead of putting me on hold I was hung up on. I called back immediately and asked to speak with a manager. I was connected with Mark, I told him Lily had been rude to me and hung up on me that I was trying to fix the situation because yesterday it was all cleared up by Lily and today everything changed and instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation Mark's response was she has been here for years she knows what she's doing. I will never use this location for delivery based on Mark and Lily. After they said I was lying about the information I received from Lily I immediately called Alpine about my order and explain to them the situation. They put me on a three way call with Mark where he then again said that I was an irate customer to the representative trying to help me. If it weren't for Alpine taking care of the situation I would have cancelled my order. It doesn't matter how long you been at your job one year or twenty years, you treat each person with respect. I have never been more upset with customer service then I have with this locations employees.

I have gone on 2 interviews with this place and they turned me down with more than enough qualifications. Waste of time.
