Absolutely horrible. The bus service is slow and makes kids late for school half the time. If they knew there's rain or if it's gonna be cold then leave the station sooner. My mom use to be a bus driver and she was a better one then half of the ones they have today. My parents don't pay taxes so I can b almost late and rushing every morning bcuz they can't get their acts together. Plain and simple

Today was the day.  Its a shame that these people are responsible for getting your children to school and you have to deal with nothing but rudeness.  The dispatcher Jean has a tendency to attempt to over talk you and she is at work ?  The people that represent this service is need to have better phone etiquette and customer service skill.  They take no responsibility for their errors, especially when addressing issues when they have substitute drivers on route when your child has no alternative method to get to school. NO STARS BUT HAD TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE IN ORDER TO POST!!!  I HAVE BEEN IN COMMUNITY LONG TIME AND NEVER HAD TO GET INTO A DEBATE WITH A EMPLOYEE AT WORK....DO YOUR JOB WITH A SMILE RUDE HEFFA!!
