We are so lucky to have the Daytona police officers we do.   I had a problem with a property across from my house.   The officers were so concerned for my safety and well-being.  I feel so safe to know that I have them to protect me.

I would like to Thank the Daytona Beach Police department for responding quickly. They came out and saved 9 baby ducks stuck in a drain at Nova Glenn after Fire battalion chief said they would not respond. Thank you for the effort every life makes a difference

That anyone there took the word of Katie Brown's son, and simply walked away, is appalling. It is a miscarriage of justice and you did not show one iota of concern for the welfare of that animal who was OBVIOUSLY abused. What more do you need than a photograph of the dog with his muzzle ductaped and the sociopathic comments of Katie Brown? You did not do your damned job! Seriously? You take the word of that person's son that she's "out of town" and the dog is "doing fine and is cared for"???? You did nothing to protect that animal; you did nothing to hold that Philistine accountable for her actions and I am completely disgusted. This is wrong. You did not do your damaned job.

Waiting an hour for a Daytona cop. Bus was hit by a pick up, Holly hill police came and went, but need to have Daytona cop to make report because it happened in Daytona.
