What have you done to lessen homeless people approaching beachgoers?They came to us 4 times for food and money.I felt harrassed.Not good.

They put me on hold.  Then sent me to the "front desk" who I started to explain the problem to and then, this front desk person stopped me to say "hold on, let me connect you." Then they transferred me, phone rings and rings, and I'm put on hold again.
And this was on a Saturday afternoon before it starts getting busy out.
Wow...
Thank GOD I wasn't being murdered, you incompetent asses!

I was beaten and robbed and the police did nothing. Happy vacation for us.

Not so much my problem well it is because my kids are my problem.  My kids have had two incident's where the police were called out.  I don't know Daytona's process of hiring the help but the one's that have came out the first ghetto female must have just gotten her tongue pierced and wanted it to be seen, smacking and popping her tongue nothing professional about her not even the uniform. Now recently two females came out to my daughter living quarters that she shared with her baby daddy. She said she wouldn't talk to them at first because they was so rude. The guy would call the police then start $#@% to implicate her they told her even with a key and had established residence for over a year she would be charge with burglary if she didnt leave. That was the wrong  info that is considered a civil matter. Then they rushed her to gather her things no empathy and they was females(supposed to be) then tell my child she cant take her child because it was late. Excuse me you guys are trained officers you guys dont know floridas laws. I feel the force need to he trained in ethnics, professionism, and control. I guest the badge and uniform gives them the right to be rude and nasty, well I didnt get that message because I wear a badge and uniform daily. They need God in their lives, you can do your job with kindness and you will get more respect. Im still waiting for the cheif to call me two days now no call. Maybe i need to call IA thats probably what the office needs to be reform and hire professionals instead of Nasty people with a badge!!!!;
