If I could rate this place a zero I would. We have been coming to this location long before he had any customers(probably 4 years). This will be my last visit here. It's an open field and NO amenities for 99.00 a night. We paid for our site and let them know we were a 75ft (motorhome and trailer) When we got here the owner automatically stated he had no place for me and he couldn't help me. "I don't need your money". After us changing sites and parking our trailer upfront we tried to make reservations for another weekend and the office lady said I can no longer take reservations from you. The owner is VERY rude and needs to learn customer services or just how to be respectful. In no way I was rude to him but he would not change his tone for anything. Will not be spending my money to help someone with that kind of manner.

bare bones.. needs work.. however priced right if you don't need any amenities and big lot to park. they have some. suits my basic needs but not exactly a place to vacation just jumping off spot.

The older grumpy guy is in the office needs to find another job where he doesn't have to interact with customers. VERY RUDE! As soon as I walked into the "Office" prepared to reserve a site for 6 months ($3,400 value) I was greeted by this guy by saying "What do you want?". He I nstantly gave me an attitude as if I was bothering him. Is this how you treat all potential customers? NO WONDER THIS LOT IS EMPTY!!!! IT'S RAN BY AN INCOMPETENT PRICK!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

Not in a bad location! Sites leave alot to be desired for people with bumper / 5th wheel trailers. The RV lots are pull thru type 2 campers per lot! Meaning nose of tow vehicle planted in rearend of your neighbor. If you don't plan to unhook and use tow vehicle for driving your golden I guess. Also bring a Y to split fresh water connection! They only have 2 connections per 4 electric meters! If you use this park take the time to walk site down and locate sewer connection because there on the opposite side of what your trailer is. Staff here was nice but didn't understand my problem lol. It should be stated on website how it's layed out!
