Well this is the second encore campground that we have visited. Not happy!!! The price was great, but we quickly found out why. Arrived and had the wrong hookup. Train running in the back of us every 3 hours. No shade trees, no cable and no one in the office. It is a holiday weekend but that should be even more reason to have someone in the office. You would think they would be super busy. This is not a fabulous place compared to some of the others we have stayed at (none Encore). Ok so when I went to check out the lady was very nice. I explained that no one mentioned the trains and that we had the wrong amp for power. She was very apologetic and did not want anyone to have a bad stay. She took care of us and asked us to come back and try again. We will and I will let you know how it is.

My husband and I live here in our 38-foot fifth wheel for over a year now and we absolutely loved it!! The lots are awesome size and you can pretty much do what you want on them when your annual ..you can have a shed etc..it's like having your own property in a subdivision The staff is so friendly and the people who live here even the snow birds that come in for the winter are so friendly!! It's a Wonderful neighborhood! it's not typical rv-park and it's definitely not a campground!!

Manager was super lady, friendly staff, clean and well kept grounds. I would definitely recommend this to friends and would stay there again.
