First time customer but my experience with this service center was above and beyond what I expected. Brought my car in with an issue and explained my situation to a service advisor (Jayson). He suggested I leave my car to have it diagnosed. Needed transportation back home so he set me up in a dealership rental car for a very reasonable fee when I asked. Super impressed by how clean and maintained the rental was. Same day, I received a call from the senior service advisor (Juan) who informed me that the issue would be repaired and my car ready in 2 days. Until then, I could keep the rental. 

Fast forward 2 days, I receive the call from Juan that my car is ready and I head over to the service center. Dropped off the rental and they pulled up my car which was fully repaired. Was very surprised and impressed that they washed it too! Juan accompanied me on a test drive of my car when I asked. It was like driving a brand new car. Coming from NY, I wish all NY dealerships were like this one! Big thanks to Jayson and Juan for the best dealership experience ever! 10/10 will visit again!

I was charged nearly $400 for mere diagnosis to hear the same thing a mechanic told me for free, the mechanic took 2 hours while Toyota made me wait 5 days figure that out which caused a lot more money for me to seek other transportation for my daily commute throughout the week. I don't think coming to Toyota will ever be an option as help of any sort for me. Dealerships are meant to be efficient and productive however this place seems far from it.

My brought in a Toyota Prius for repair.  They said the battery (regular car battery, not the hybrid engine battery) needed to be replaced. 
They charged  $400 for this!!!

When she picked it up she noticed that none of the electronic accessories were working; no radio, no audio, no navigation, no reverse view, nothing.  She didn't have time to bring it back as she needed the car for work.  I was away and when I returned we took it back there and they told us that this was a separate problem from the battery change, and they wanted $120 just to run the diagnostic to find out the problem. 

The electronics was working fine before they changed the battery.  I highly recommend you avoid this place for repairs.

A very nice service center. They are pretty expedient. They have a large enclosed bay to pull your vehicle into, so you are out of the weather. They also sell accessories for your vehicle. There are donuts (sometimes), coffee, computers, wi-fi, lots of chairs. They will even shuttle you to nearby shopping while you wait.
