From the very beginning, my experience with DCH Acura had two elements that I find to be very important in making a big purchase (or in my case a lease): Class and a trust-building, family atmosphere. There were never any pressure sales moves attempted and I always felt as though everyone was being honest and up-front with me. In order of appearance Colleen, the internet sales coodinator, Robert, the sales manager, and Walter Goldman, my sales professional were all great in filling their roles. They were all professional, classy, knowledgeable, and friendly. I recommend DCH Acura to anyone shopping for this genre of car.

Had a great experience buying a used car here today. They honored the price quoted on the internet with no additional fees  / hidden costs ( not our experience with other dealerships who then tacked on dealer prep fees in addition to the standard document fee / taxes). They also did work on the car ( brakes, tires etc) so you felt assured you were buying a reliable car that hopefully isn't going to need any work for a little while.
Everyone was very friendly. We worked with Tim and Lora in sales and Jaime from finance. It was an extremely low pressure sale and easy. Would definitely buy here again.

DCH made a historically unpleasant and frustrating experience easy and pleasant.  No sleezy, shady salesmen, per usual, Walter Goldman. was a straight shooter, accommodating and flexible.  Manager Robert W. took time to oversee the process for us and both gentlemen were very helpful.  Leaving the dealership wit 2018 RDX and a renewed perspective on buying/leasing a car.

Purchased a used chevy traverse. I can not say enough about how amazing Keith and the staff are at DCH Acura! I came to them in a bind needing a new car ASAP. They could not have been more friendly and helpful.  They gave me a fair price for my trade and the whole process took less than 2 hours from test drive to deal complete with keys in hand. Which if you've ever purchased a car you know is super fast.  If you're in the market for a new or used car I highly recommend DCH. You will not be disappointed! I'm so happy with my "new to me" SUV.

Walter Goldman leased us our second MDX. He is very knowledgable, personable and extremely professional. He followed up with  us to make certain we were enjoying the car and to see if we had any additional questions. I highly recommend Walter as great salesman and he's the reason I came to the DCH Montclair Acura again.
