I went here for my bridal gown and I had a great experience. Cait was my consultant and she was just great. She made me feel so comfortable and made my experience great. I wasn't initially expecting to buy my gown but I did and am very happy. The store is very beautiful and brand new. I would recommend them to other brides. I haven't experienced fittings or anything like that yet but hope it is just as pleasant.

After feeling discouraged by visits to other shops in the area, I scheduled an appointment at Park Avenue Bridals. What a great idea that was! Kathy, my consultant, greeted my mother and I ever so sweetly and asked a few questions about what I was thinking. Before I knew it, she came to the dressing room with THE DRESS. It was not only EXACTLY what I had described (didn't even know something like it existed), but it was under my budget. By the end of the appointment, I felt like Kathy was family. And honestly, by the end of the entire experience, the whole staff felt like family. The customer service we received was always above and beyond. My appointments consistently started on time, and Maria, my seamstress, always made me comfortable and made me laugh during what could have been a very stressful time. The shop is beautiful, clean, and spacious. I especially enjoyed the private area for brides who were coming in for alterations. My dress was stunning, and I received so many compliments on it. Recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant experience and truly quality dresses. A+++++

This review is for Patty who was my bridal consultant. She was so helpful and easy to talk to. She has 20 years experience in her field and she of course knew what she was doing. I told her my vision and she brought in so many great dresses. Unfortunately,  I did not find my dress here but I would absolutely recommend this store for any future bride to be and I would say ask for Patty.

This place has so many options. The prices are reasonable of all budgets. The staff was super friendly. I'm beyond thrilled I came here to select my wedding dress.  I was absolutely happy with the whole process... seamstress Maria was a sweetheart, she was very professional. Thank you to everyone there!!!

For wedding dress shopping, I worked with Kathy who was fantastic. She took my vision of a non-strapless, fitted gown with lace, no beading and pulled a number of great dresses, one of which became the stunning dress I wore on my wedding day. It was so classy and elegant and yet not over the top. We added some flair in the details with a rhinestone belt and sequined veil (Jessica helped me pick this out). It was just so perfect. Every time I went into the shop they seemed so organized and "on it." My bridesmaids and I worked with Jessica to select bridesmaids gowns. She was fun to talk to and work with and I was just as in love with what we picked for the girls. And my mother got her MOB gown here too, again, very appropriate and fitting for her. My seamstress absolutely wow'ed me with the alterations. Her first round of alterations would have been perfect enough, but she kept finding things to work on--I appreciated the attention to detail and hard work. And Kathy made sure to check on me in my fittings, she really saw the process through. My word of advice would be: trust them. They are so experienced. And the new shop is awesome! Thank you Park Ave Bridal team!
