This was my first time visiting the Ft. Smith office and I was pleased with the staff at first meeting. The intake was quick and I was in before my appointment time. The X-ray was fast and I was in the chair in no time. I needed both bottom wisdom teeth taken out and the dentist came and did the consult. He was honest and straightforward. He said one of my teeth was still too deep and he wasn’t comfortable cutting it out due to the closeness of the nerves.  I was referred to an oral surgeon and sent on my way with no charge at all. I’ll definately be going back if I ever need any more work done.

So far everything has been good.  they take good care of patients.  If I have places in my mouth that hurt they take you in and adjust things so they fit better and don't hurt as much.  They can't control every thing but they help when needed.    I will heal eventually and be able to eat a steak again, just not as soon as I would like.  All the personel have been very nice.  My last visit I was early but went right in and was leaving at the time of my appt. Quick service  Thanks guys.

The staff is very friendly. I was quite pleased at first with my immediate denture , but voiced concerns about how the molars were positioned. I was assured all would be well with the final base. All is NOT well!  The molars on the right side are lower in the front so the back molars don’t meet, which forces me to chew from the front of my mouth. They told me that’s how MY teeth were and I know they did not.  I am stuck with it and am not happy!

My wife Kathleen got her dentures around the first of June and she's had a little trouble with the bottoms,  but over all she's doing great.  The employees are always very nice, especially the young lady who always makes the adjustments on her dentures.  I'll probably use them myself if or when the time comes.

Dr. Beaver and the staff actually listened to my concerns and requests. They did everything they could to deliver a great product. Very pleased!
