Slumlords! They own and rent out a property in Providence in a nice Elmhurst neighborhood and the house is a dump and the tenants have ranged from drug dealers to domestic abusers. 
They don't even know who their tenants are nor do they care as long as they get the rent!   

Neighbors have tried for 10 years to get the owners to take care of it to no avail. They have been rude and condescending when asked. They never cut the grass, weeds are 6 feet high and the backyard is full of junk. Question why they don't sell it?!?  

This house is a disgrace to this nice, well kept neighborhood. Shame on the DiFelice owners!  They don't deserve to be in their position. I would never ever use them and would recommend that my friends family and contacts would never use them.

I have had positive experiences with Dr felice overall. However, one agent in particular Mr. sahagian is unprofessional. He stated openly he didn't care if a particular property in Woonsocket was hit with code violations from the city. Unreliable and untrustworthy.
