We had a great experience working with Therese Vezeridis to find our home in East Greenwich. As first-time home buyers, I and my wife are so uncertain for a lot of things during the process. Therese was very nice and patience to guide us step by step. She is very familiar with the local market and responds to our request very quickly. She is always on top of things and make sure every step goes smoothly. Especially at the day just before closing when something unexpected happened from other party, she put a lot of efforts and saved the deal. We always consult with her for any contractors we need because we trust her very much through the house buying journey. We would highly recommend her for any potential buyers.

Our final relocation to East Greenwich was a seamless transition thanks to the expertise of THERESE VEZERIDIS, who was referred to us by colleagues with glowing endorsements.  She recognized our limited available time and utilized her 30 years of knowledge of the area to carefully select and prioritize properties unique to our family’s needs.  She efficiently organized viewing of homes and always provided detailed information concerning builders’ reputation, construction, easements, and access to the area’s amenities that was critical to our selection of our perfect home.  During the acquisition of our home, her referral to area contractors and businesses proved invaluable.  Her attention to detail and tireless dedication to service made the process seamless and timely with the final closing being stress-free and exciting.  Without hesitation I would refer Therese to anyone looking for the realtor who is the consummate expert of East Greenwich!!

Denise D'Amico of Residential Properties is an excellent Realtor. She is very knowledgeable about properties in the area and has an innate sense about pricing properties and what they are worth. She helped my sister buy her first home, sell it 18 months later and then buy a larger home, when her family expanded. She was always patient with her and showed us more houses than I can recall before my sister found the right house for her and her family. Denise was straightforward and informational with her recommendations about different homes and she helped guide my sister prioritize her options. I knew that she would never push my sister to settle for a home that wasn't right for her. I will never use another Realtor again, and I recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy in RI.

Lori Eley of Residential Properties LTD was not only extremely helpful with making me feel comfortable during the process of house hunting. But professional and patient with me in taking my time at showings. At the very least she was always a phone call away. Never hesitated to meet for a showing or meet to explain certain details. My husband and I found the perfect house while working with Denise D'Amico of Residental Properties. She sold our house for us in a short period of time and then helped us purchase our new home. We searched and searched and searched (which took over a year) for the right house and Denise was instrumental in us finally selecting this home. We have been in our home now for almost a year and we love it!!

Denise was professional, patient, and so helpful in every aspect of the selling and purchasing process. Buying and selling a home is a stressful endeavor, however, she made us feel more at ease as she gave excellent advice and guided us. We have nothing but praise for this excellent real estate company and their professional staff.
