I have been a customer of Dean & Draper for over 10 years and have continuously trusted them with all of my insurance needs.  I have had numerous types of policies with Dean & Draper from auto insurance to multiple homeowners policies.  For years, I have been a landlord with multiple rental properties and am always looking for the best coverage from some of the best companies at the lowest cost.  Year after year, they are always proactive about finding me the best possible coverage for every situation.  If I've ever had a question, or needed attention on any of my policies it always gets taken care of for me very quickly.  Getting in touch with my personal account manager is always easy and hassle free.  Being on the road a lot for my job, I don't have a lot of spare time to deal with any renewals, new policies or any issue that can arise...I can always count on them to help me out and put my interests first.  

I would highly recommend Dean & Draper to anyone looking for the best coverage for their personal situation at the most competitive rates!

We have used Dean and Draper for our company's group health insurance for the past 5 years. They also provide our employee life insurance, dental, and vision. Every year they shop for the best price and coverage. We have switched carriers a couple times and they've always been very helpful, guiding us through the process and hosting meetings with our employees to explain the coverage. We trust Dean and Draper, we highly recommend them, and we'll continue using them for all our company's insurance.

Did not return phone calls at all and certainly did not return them in a timely manner.

Worst customer service! Agent didn't even want to quote me. If yall don't know the insurance market why be in it. The lady didn't know much about business insurance that she decided to let go of a very potential customer.
