I really enjoy Doing business with this Company.Especially with this Awesome very experienced very knowledgeable Agent Ms Estrella Rivera (Ms Star) She really is a star at the James banks office I would really encourage anyone who is seeking a Great honest hardworking and experiences insurance Rep.She is 5 star hands down.

Unfortunately things here are not going on well no customer care at all, they don't respond to calls evenif you call the whole day and live a message they never call back! They keep on taking more money from your account without informing you. It's hard even to speak with Mr. James or one of the management personal. Incase someone picks up you will be put on hold for a couple of hours then the phone will be cut off!!!
