Fantastic service! You don't know how good your agent or your insurance really is until something happens. That's when the rubber hits the road. A large tree fell on our house during a storm and Mr. Dean himself arrived within an hour of me calling about the damage. He coordinated the tree removal and temporary repairs using his cell phone while standing in the middle of our fallen tree. By the next day, the tree was completely gone and repairs to our home underway. I doubt you'll ever see the gecko doing that! Thank You

I have dealt with Norman and Mary for over twenty five years and I keep coming back to them. They are honest and work hard for me to get me the best coverage at the best pricing. I have my business, automobile and home insurance through them. Their staff is friendly and highly competent. I can (and do) pick up the phone whenever I need advice and they're quick to respond and provide the kind of expertise I need. They are 5+ stars in my book! The team at Dean Insurance is very professional and courteous and very prompt to respond to any inquiries. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure their clients or prospective clients' needs are met. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

I called to make an appt. And the Lady named Donna was very rude and not personable on the phone. I felt like she was very annoyed by my call and she acted like it was bothersome to help me. Horrible customer service! Needless to say I will be going elsewhere for my insurance needs. All I was looking for was someone friendly who could help me...

I called this company for a quote on Thursday morning for business insurance. I was surprised when the lady said she would call me back the next day with the quote. (quote should be same day) Anyway I never received a call the next day or the day after. Apparently they are disorganized or don't need any new customers. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME!!!!
