I was looking for auto and homeowners rates after my current company raised my rates for seemingly no reason. I wanted good coverage for a good price and these folks delivered. People in the office were very friendly. They took the time to look at what I had now and did a thorough comparison and found me better coverage for much less than what my current company wanted. It was a very easy and quick transaction. I was even able to pay for the policy over the phone and sign everything electronically via email. Very convenient!! Highly recommend Northern Chesapeake Insurance.

I have been a Northern Chesapeake Insurance customer for a little over 2 years now.
They provide me with exceptional insurance and customer service.  Amy and Chip go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my insurance choices and are always extermely friendly when I call!!  I always speak to a real person who is more than willing to help me with my insurance needs.  I feel like I matter to them as a client.  They work very hard to get me the best value on my insurance and inform me of possible ways to reduce my premiums at certain points during the year.  Hat's off to Northern Chesapeake Insurance!!!!

I have been a Northern Chesapeake Insurance customer for over 10 years.  They consistently provide me exceptional service and quality insurance products.  You might think that NOT having a local office would be a detraction for an insurance company.  Not so!  I am able to quickly reach and talk to someone knowledgeable, efficient, and service-oriented any time of the day or night, about any insurance topic.  Imagine this!   I HIGHLY recommend Northern Chesapeake Insurance.

No matter what time of day it is, or what question/concern I have, Chip or Jessica are there to assist me and provide me with answers and information .  They always provide me with the best, highest quality insurance services.  I would recommend them to anyone!

Everyone there is really nice and glad to help you as much as they can.  They have also saved me hundreds of dollars on my truck and boat insurance in the past 3 years.
