I have had 4 custom bikes in my riding career. I must say I was totally happy with the attention I received from Dean Bikes during the process, every step of the way. I was kept abreast of each detail, what and why in the building of the frame and total bike. It was an amazing experience and I will do this again when I decide on a different bike. John and Ari are honest, thorough, and great guys to work with. I was actually sorry when the bike was finished because I loved the process so much. They delivered the goods 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The bike itself, is a work of art and bike show worthy. I had them do a single speed cross bike with disc wheels and gates belt drive. No markings on the frame other than a beautiful mixed metal DEAN badge. I didn't want to get it dirty BUT, that's what it was built to do.

I asked Dean Bikes about getting new stickers for my 1999 seat post. They didn't have them; instead they said just ship in your post and "we'll refinish and laser etch it." I just got it back, less than 1.5 week turn around, and it is gorgeous and like new. A+ for pride in workmanship and customer service.

I'm 6ft 5 and I spent thousands of dollars buying and selling bikes because they didn't fit me properly. I had John build me a custom 64cm Ti bike, and I've owned it now for two years. Every time I ride I have a smile on my face. I had the bike fitted with Campy Chorus and hand build rims. I just spend $100 on a tune up,which was a waste of money because the only thing the shop did was clean my frame because they didn't have to adjust anything. 

I am extremely impressed with the customer service I've received. Thank you everyone at Dean you guys are awesome!!!!!
