This place is lit! Fun and friendly staff. The drinks are priced just right, karaoke, trivia, free pool tables on Sundays. I can bring my own food in or have it delivered no problem. I totally recommend!
A great neighborhood pub with nightly events. A friendly crowd with excellent bartenders. Drink prices are very reasonable. They offer live bands on the weekends and you can see who is playing by visiting their website. Highly recommend this pub!
This is the second time I've been here since they changed owners.The appearance of the bar has definitely been upgraded. He knocked out a partial wall to expose the street view. Also seems to be inclusivity to LGBTQ. Sundays pool is free. I came here for an afternoon drink. The advertised $6 Jameson which enticed me to come in. I had two drinks and got my bill. The total was $13.02. Nothing an extra dollar was a big deal but most places you go to the taxes are included with the drinks so you know what you're paying. I wasn't sure why so I asked the bartender and she was very snarky with me after I told her I was going to make others aware. She said they were fixing it in January. I didn't feel comfortable or welcomed at all. There was no music playing which seemed to force me to play the Touch tunes jukebox which cost extra money. Overall, the place was ok. Maybe worth visiting to form your own opinion.
I went to Deano’s Pub for my birthday and we had the best time! The bartenders and atmosphere was perfect! It was a really comfortable, safe vibe. I love that they have live bands, pool tables and shuffleboard. I will definitely be going back with my girlfriends for karaoke night.
4 stars is my first review; however, I see potential to make friends, so a 5 is looming! Go Padres! ‍‍ And that band on Saturday; “Bitchin!” Brown Whiskey??? I think is the name of the band. Met the guitar girlfriend. And I remember all that after a couple of Moscow Mules!
Great time. Not too crowded. The live band had a 80 feel to them. The drinks are reasonable and it was just an all around good time.
Pool tables are filthy with dried sticky liquid on them. Chairs and tables dirty and sticky. Bartender was nice, but not very attentive with very few patrons. I probably won't go back.
This place has killer events. 10/10 would come again. Lovely bartenders, has two pool tables, plenty of seats, multiple tvs, and a shuffle board table!
Only problem with this hidden gem is, ots a hidden gem. Atmosphere was comfortable and social but not imposing. Even got a cheers from a local customer. Right off hey 8 in LA Mesa. Tell em GIMMESOME2!
