BEAUTIFUL WORK!  Good prices and great personal service

After giving specific instructions for Dean's to deliver anniversary flowers to my wife at work - AFTER she arrived so she would be surprised (to which they agreed to by phone) - they instead delivered them BEFORE she arrived today. Yeah, this totally destroyed the surprise of them being delivered while she was there.

Thanks for NOTHING, and for starting my anniversary out on such a sour note today. Won't happen again in the future, that's for sure.

It is Family owned and operated. They are very friendly and hospitable! They create beautiful arrangements but can also do customs orders to your specifications!
