I ordered flowers for a person that was injured and a very bad situation.  This order was from myself and 4 other people.  I asked for the receipt as they were placing the order.  I was told that i would get one in the next 10 minutes.  The next day still no receipt.  I called again the next day and was told they would send it in the next 10 minutes.  6 hours later still no receipt.  Finally on the 3rd call i was able to receive a receipt.  It seems like a small issue but the way that the conversation went with the people working there i was really unsure that flowers were even sent.  When i spoke to the second person they said "that 2 sets of flowers were sent to that same address yesterday, i'm sure yours were one of them".  That doesn't convey confidence when i just spent 150 on flowers that she guessed mine were delivered.  Then when i asked for a receipt i never got one, if you pair this review with the others that makes this florist a 3 star i think it i know understand why.  I will be ordering from the Power of Flowers down the street as they have 4.5 stars the next time.  I spoke to Patricia the third time and she was the lady that helped me get my receipt.  I'm sure when they read this review they will know who i am and that i don't mean any malice towards them, they just simply dropped the ball on customer service.

Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. Got a call at 6pm to ask if she was still at work or if there was an alternate address they could deliver the flowers to. It's now 8:15pm and still no flowers. If someone would have had the courtesy to notify me earlier in the day I would have picked them up myself. No apology at all when they called at 6pm, just an excuse about having a truck broken down. Will never use these people again. Flowers arrived at 8:50pm. The lady that delivered them was very apologetic. Now for the flowers themselves, pretty bad. Nothing close to what was pictured. I knew they were out of the colors of flowers pictured on the site but, what arrived was less flowers, smaller vase, and looked like they'd been riding in a car all day. It's kind of like the picture of the Mcdonalds burger compared to what you're actually served. Oh well, lesson learned.

Have tried to pick up flowers from them multiple times however they are ALWAYS closed even during their business hours. I called Thursday to order a specific type of flower and they said they would be in their next shipment (Friday) however when Saturday rolled around my flowers were not in stock. Would love to support a small business but this one makes it extremely difficult too.

I ordered flowers for a friends funeral.  They were lovely.  I called in the order and the people were very helpful, friendly and professional.  My wife has ordered flowers for a relatives funeral today.  Again, the experience was more than satisfactory.  We will recommend this florist to our friends
