Don't bother trying to call, you will never get a human. On the off chance they bother to call back, they will be entirely unhelpful. Was literally told flat out by the representative on the phone that she refuses to direct me to the correct person or provide a phone number to schedule an inspection that I already paid for with my approved permit. A permit which cost substantially more than neighboring cities. Its good to see those exorbitant fees are going to such wonderful customer service /s. If possible, avoid moving to Dearborn. If you can't avoid it then I'm sorry for you, and don't expect to be able to improve your property without the utmost hassle from the local government intent on keeping you from efficiently making an investment in your property or city. The Secretary of State is a friendlier and more pleasant experience than dealing with the City of Dearborn.

They run the city administrative  building like a mafia but if you know anyone that works there they will make it happen for you anything, but they see your trying to fix your mistakes and work with them and they work hard to  make sure theypput you through abunch of loopholes
