Firstly, Chief Haddad is a great man and leader. He had the decency to meet with me and apologize first hand for two felonies committed against me by a criminal with a badge working for Dearborn PD to this day. The Dearborn officer for whom Haddad apologized (A) Hit me in the face repeatedly with his aluminum flashlight (even though the guy is at least 6'"3 , 250 lbs and could have used his fists if he wanted to sufficiently vent his rage on an innocent person). (B) The officer then radically falsified an arrest report claiming there was a foot race (we were 4 ft apart standing still), that I used profanity at him (he dropped the F bomb at me ONLY to insult me regarding a loss of a loved one I suffered and to threaten to "smoke" my "F-ing face again"), and that finally I "took a swing" at him (Curious, because I recall my arms at my side at all times before he took a cheap shot at my head with a deadly weapon). The concussion and marks on my head?, "Murphy fell during the foot race, hitting his head on the sidewalk." So college-educated, sober men pretty regularly spontaneously attack 6'3" cops wearing body armor. Right? That is a pretty plausible decision for a sane man with no criminal record to make, right? The guy put me in a urine-smelling jail cell to be falsely accused and taunted by other officers who, with zero empirical knowledge of what transpired, thought they should scold me for "taking a swing at an officer." Kym Worthy, you approved charges against three Fordson high-school sophomores for a locker room football assault. It was wrong but they are ignorant kids. Maybe think about charging a first-class felon with a badge, a lying fake police officer who commits assault with intent and then utterly falsifies police reports after having taken an oath to uphold the truth (which is a felony in itself per MCL). There are some GREAT, noble Dearborn officers whose honor is wrongly called into question because of behavior of criminal peers. That isn't right. Judge every person fairly on an individual basis. Be fair to all. Don't lie about ANYONE. Chief Haddad is man enough to disavow corruption, admit evil exists on the force and give owed apologies. Thank you for your honor and decency even if you could not discipline this pitiful criminal and sorry excuse for a man who keeps on collecting tax money and eating well (likely violating other laws all the while), while many honest single mothers struggle to buy groceries working by honest means. May God reward all according to their deeds.

Got pulled over while I was doing the speed limit and obeying the law for sopposivly a air freshener hanging from my rear view mirror after I was pulled over I was asked multiple times if I had any drugs or weapons in my car I repeatedly answerd NO! because I didn't ..was asked if officer could then search my car for drugs and weapons and I answerd yes, since I have nothing to hide and already said multiple times that I didn't have anything illegal in the car and don't do any drugs or have any problems with substance abuse or drug charges. OFFICER then asks me to step out of the vehicle to search the car and puts me in the back of his patrol SUV ..remind you the patrol car is shut off and all the windows rolled up and it's about 75° degrees outside and people shouldn't even leave there kids or animals in a car unattended with the windows rolled up in a hot summer day. About 10 mins later he pulls my handicapped cousin out from the back seat and puts him in the back of the patrol car 10 mins later pulls my girlfriend out of my car and searches her. 15 mins later let's us out of the back of the car and tells us that we can go and that he could have given me a ticket for an air freshener in my rear view mirror. Think it was rude and uncalled for and felt like I was stereo typed and definitely mistreated by being put in back of squad car with all the windows up in the heat and then having to watch my GF get searched. Not to mention I am a professional driver and have my CDL and pulling me over for an air freshener is petty exspecially considering the fact I live by hemlock park and people do 60mph up and down hemlock park all day long with kids being unattended crossing back and forth worry about little kids being hit by cars and not somebody's air freshener sounded just like an excuse to me SMH petty
