Just like the other branch on Michigan Ave, rude staff providing service as if they are queens serving slaved. I thing both branches deserve 5 negative stars.
May be we should recommend google to introduce the negative stars for such people.

I recommend every one to go somewhere else.
To ecorse road they have better service there..
They won't make you go through hassling..
How can they ask for passport for renewing licenses.

Even for a SOS this place is slow. Been here an hour and they've helped 10 people. I'm still 30 away from being up...  Also, there's like no staff here.... and the handicap always go first no matter what. Basically means longer wait times for the rest of us.
