REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

One of only a few immigration attorneys nationwide who has successfully assisted growers, farm labor contractors and other agricultural companies to sponsor foreign H-2A workers from Mexico, Chile and Peru to meet seasonal demands.
Provided effective representation to employers during I-9 audits conducted by the Department of Homeland Security.
Provided I-9 and anti-discrimination training to in-house human resources professionals with various corporate clients.
Litigated large Consent Decree under the Seamen’s Protection Act on behalf of a whistleblower who was fired for reporting safety violations to the U.S. Coast Guard.
Assisted multinational companies from Mexico, Canada and Argentina to transfer E-2 employees to the United States.
Litigated, cancelled deportation and obtained lawful permanent residency status on behalf of undocumented Mexican national with three U.S. citizen children.
Acted as co-counsel to defend agricultural company from EEOC lawsuit involving class claims of discrimination and retaliation.
Filed approved DACA applications for DREAMer clients.
