I HIGHLY recommend David Breston as an attorney. He was very quick in  handling my case; he got my case dismissed in 3 months. He keeps good communication/contact with you and explains everything in detail. The price was very reasonable as well.  Overall, he is very professional and knowledgeable. I am very thankful for the great service  that was provided from Mr. Breston and his staff.

Highly recommended the Law office of David A Breston! From the beginning the entire team is invested in your  goal! I took an entire year (2015) to search for a great law firm that would help/guide/support me thru the adjustment status since previously I was horribly lied to & bad represented. Trust me I looked/reviewed and visited with many attorney's, that at the end of the day only cared about the bottom line $. In 2016 I met with Alma & Mr.David Breston, they were different, they listen to my case, offered me a great deal. They helped me achieve in under a month, what many other lawyers felt short, they came up with different solutions for my then issues! Mayra is heaven sent, she is sweet, kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Always kept me up to date, return my calls/emails and had patients with me while we gathered all the requirements. This team has helped my family's dreams come true & their not enough stars to give them! We are forever grateful!!

This lawyer knows his stuff!! He got my case dismissed within 6 months. Told me what I needed to do on my end and he took care of the rest.. I'm very pleased and thankful that I hired him to defend me.

David is extremely professional, understanding and treats all his clients with the upmost respect whereas most law office's see their clients as paychecks and case numbers. In my opinion this is the best law office in Harris County (perhaps even the state)
