Office is always clean, people are always friendly.  It's fun to see people you enjoy being around. It does not feel like a normal office, staff make you feel very comfortable. Nice waiting room too, with complimentary water.

The staff are always friendly and accommodating! Somehow they manage to make a visit to the dentist enjoyable. :)

Decatur Family Dentistry has been my dentist for 25 years. The office has welcoming staff, an environment of positivity, and the friendly front desk staff works with you to make your appointments as convenient for you as possible. Dr. Hammond as well as Dr. Feasel are not only very educated individuals as it shows through their care and service they provide in dental work, but they are faith filled and family-oriented. DFD gives you the family feel that I hope for when establishing a relationship with an office. Love DFD!

Dr. Hammond and his entire staff are great. The ladies at the front desk really know their stuff! Any time I have an insurance, billing, or scheduling question they are always informative and accurate. Their office is clean, comfortable, smells wonderful, and everyone is always cheerful and accomodating. I have never had anything but exceptional service at this office!
