Dedicated, Trusted Vets...for all of our pets. We have turned to Dedham Veterinary Associates for our cat and dog for 15 years. And now with a new dog, they were the only ones I would have care for my dog. Very knowledgeable. Work in partnership.

Fantastic in person service and very good about tracking and notifying about upcoming vaccinations and appointments. They also are the first vet I've ever been to that automated filing to our pet insurance (VPI /w Nationwide) and saved us so much time on the back end!

THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO DVA AND I WAS AND AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THE HIGH QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE. I BROUGHT MY CAT THERE AND WAS FORTUNATE TO SEE DR. NING, WHO IS OBVIOUSLY A CAT LOVER. SHE SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH US, PATIENTLY ANSWERING ALL MY MANY QUESTIONS AND DID ALL THAT WAS NECESSARY, WITH EFFICIENCY, KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY CAT'S BEHAVIOR. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO THIS OFFICE!! diana

I have two puppies from the same litter and all the wonderful medical staff at Dedham Veterinary Associates in Dedham, MA were so welcoming and very caring the first time we brought our pups to them and every time since. They also made my husband, two kids and myself feel at ease with all the million questions we had being first time dog owners. My kids as I call them are healthy and thriving thanks to their kindness and care.

I found a large mass on my cat's back late Wednesday evening; left a message with DVA asking for an appointment ASAP. Got a call within minutes of the office opening the next morning, giving me an appointment within the hour -- and keep in mind we were totally new to the practice, cat not established as a patient previously. We were seen quickly once checked in, tech was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and the vet came in promptly. She aspirated the mass right there and examined it under the microscope immediately. I had results back in no time (benign!). I was prepared to be totally gouged on price for an emergency appointment but was incredibly surprised at the reasonable fee. I was also able to buy a flea/tick collar with the assurance that it can be replaced for up to 4 months if my cat loses the collar (a big concern for expensive collars with quick-release snaps, and a guarantee not provided from online retailers). I can't say enough good things about this clean, modern, accessible practice and their friendly, knowledgeable staff. Proud to have my cat under their care from now on.
