the worst dental experience of my life. the dental hygienist must have been new. while i haven't been to the dentist in a while i never experienced as much pain during a cleaning as here. it was terrible, between the poor suction and almost drowning, to her insistence on focusing on a spot that was extremely sensitive and painful causing me to literally jump at least 6 times before she backed off. I had no issue with the dentist when i saw him for 4 minutes of my visit. As i needed work done and surely the dentist would not b as painful as the hygienist, I had a set appointment to later go back for work to be done. but then someone calls me less than a week before the appointment was scheduled letting me know via voicemail A) the dr will not be there that day B) they will still do a 2nd cleaning but can i come in earlier that day than scheduled. Needless to say I canceled. The older Lady at the front desk also was beyond Rude. i came in she didn't even speak to me, more concerned with talking to an associate behind the desk and gossiping... I just signed in on the clipboard and seated myself with the other period waiting . thank God for her young daughter being there at the desK as well... as it was my first time there, I didn't know where the restroom was and she was the only helpful one there.

Had a morning appointment and didn't get seen until 30 minutes after I was suppose to then the dentist and the helpers just rushed me in and out. Maybe saw the dentist for 5 minutes and he wrote me a prescription and left. Didn't answer any questions or even talk about what's going on. They seem to just care about money more than patients.

Years ago, I was referred to Gentle Dental and absolutely loved it. The staff was friendly, and the doctors were amazing. Recently, since it'd been a long while since I had a cleaning, not to mention a terrible cavity and tooth ache, I decided to return to my trusty dentist and have it all taken care of. My experience was far below what I expected after having received such awesome service just a couple years prior. Overall, the new staff was quite friendly, with an exception of the middle aged assistant lady who came in to numb my gums before I received anesthesia. On both of my recent visits, her tone was dry and she seemed very irritated. I thought nothing of it because the doctor who perform my extraction was extremely nice. Another issue I had, which is the reason I plan to never return, is it was told my procedure was estimated at $83, so after my extraction, I was told it had to be paid in full before I could leave. I asked if that was the cost after my insurance and I was told it was only an estimate. I told him that I would wait to be billed and pay once my insurance has paid their part. The billing guy nearly argued with me for five minutes until finally, after a dozen times of telling him I'll pay in full on my next appointment the following week, he said okay and I left. Later that day, and for the next couple days, he called and asked for payment. I told him the same thing. The following week, before my appointment for my crowning, I received a bill for only $52. My insurance had taken care of the rest. On my next appointment I paid for it in full, as promised. However, on this particular occasion, though I'd already made payment for my last procedure, I was taken back and immediately after my gums were numbed by the not so friendly lady from last time, the billing guy came in and asked me for payment in full before my procedure was done. He told me the doctor was leaving afterwards and he needed the payment right away. I asked him how muche and once again he gave me an estimate of $545. I told him I'm not paying until the insurance kicks in because I'd be overpaying. I told him my mom may be willing to help out and he said okay. He walked back to his desk and a couple minutes later, the not so friendly lady walks in and asks for my mom's name and number and says I need to get in touch with her before anything can be done. At this point, I was not only frustrated, but humiliated that they would actually come to me and ask for full payment in advance, especially having not requested that from any of their other patients in there at the time. I was highly disappointed and disgusted with the fact that I received that type of service. I've been to several dentist appointments over the years and never have I been told to pay an estimated amount in full before leaving, let alone in advance using a false excuse. After I walked out of the building, i received a call a short time later asking to reschedule, i told her no and that i would be taking my business elsewhere. She hung up without bothering to ask why. I will never return to Gentle Dental Care because of this. My experience on my first few visits were amazing, but these last two were definitely a deal breaker.

I do not recommend the dentist because i was never satisfy and very angry with the job they did on me 😡😡😡😡

Dr Williams and staff are Absolutely Amazing! The environment is friendly and professional. They were able to see me on short notice, so I have no complaints about the wait. He took the time to talk with me about my options and did the job quick, with no pain. Loved this place. This was my first visit and I almost did not go b/c of the bad reviews so I felt compelled to share my Wonderful experience, I could not have gotten better treatment!
