When a relationship begins, normally people are in their best behavior, not the case for Deel Volvo. The salesperson Lawrence basically insulted me and hung up the phone because he didn't want to bother. I'm a brave person so I went in since I was nearby and decided to go in, called him on it and he kept going in front of customers. Wait, it gets better... I thought to myself, perhaps it's just a rude salesperson and talked to Vanessa. She didn't want to bother in even showing me a vehicle and the very first mention of price she basically told me to go away, that they don't negotiate pricing. This is not the experience I thought I would have leasing a luxury vehicle but that's what I got.

My recommendation is simple, avoid Deel Volvo, they are not interested in your business. If they treat you so poorly at the beginning, it doesn't get better after.

I came.in for a test drive and couldn't even test drive the car because the salesman was just " too busy". I mentioned to him that I was shopping around but realistically if he had invested some time with me I would have walked away with a new car. Bad experience.

The service consultant, George Sanchez, was patient, polite, and very helpful in advising us how to prevent wear on the inside of our tires and how to eliminate the film on our windshield.

I was reading the previous reviews and I think may be most of them are referred to a service which I never used. The seller section is full of rude and lack of knowledge persons. They get aggressive and yell at you if you ask them any questions they can not answer. I asked them to show me the comparison of a car in terms of security and because they could not show me any information, they became vulgar irrational individuals. One of the worst things was to ask me what car I was driving and then comment among them in a sarcastic way: Oh that's a safe car. I had wanted to buy a Volvo for a while, but since the other closest vendor is in North Miami, I decided to buy a Mereces Benz L350 with which I was happy and in a place where the salesmen had the patience to answer all the questions that a customer would normally ask. do before spending $ 60,000 on a car.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude woman at greeting desk, and on the phone transferring calls. No one EVER answers in the phone in the service department so you get transferred to some random persons voicemail and NEVER hear back. It’s beyond disgusting and disappointing service for the cost of my leased XC90
