If I could give them 5 stars down I would! I can't believe i had a 4 appt but receptionist tells me they can't get to me till 730! They have about 5-6 stylist there but someone called off so they were 3 hrs behind! Then I almost drove into the ditch they call a parking lot!!!! Never ever again😠

I have 4a/b natural hair, and if you are a curly girl, you know that there are specific ways the hair should be treated. The wash lady seemed angry and treated my hair as such. All curlies know that you cant wash your hair wildly because it will create a disaster of knots and matted hair. This is what happen to me. On top of that the “stylist” combed my hair with absolutely no product on it. She pulled and yanked for 30-40mins....I’m still asking myself, “why did you stay that long?”. I even tried to give her advice on how to comb it out, but she quickly undermined my advice. All in all, I wouldn’t come her for natural textured hair, however, the ladies know how to touch up locs and dreads...beautiful work. I would advise going to a salon that treats and styles textured natural hair only if you are looking for such services.

Kim did such an awesome (and quick) job on palm-rolling my locs! I am amazed. I also appreciated the consultation on what to do with my dry scalp. I really appreciated the positivity and helpfulness. The pomade and anti-itch oil was everything!
