I am so in love with my hair. These are by far the best bundles I have paid for. I bought the Malaysian Straight and it is so soft. I had it curled and the body and bounce in those curls where amazing and thats with NO product on the hair at all. I will definitely shop with HER IMPORTS again.

My experience here was highly underwhelming in both the product selection and the lackluster customer service. So much so that I thought I'd offer some constructive critiques involving: initiating a first impression/greeting protocol that is more welcoming than the gruff groan I received today (after which I followed a woman down a dark corridor into a tiny room); another important point for consideration towards improvement that might be worth considering is overall enthusiasm for the products that are sold here and/or maybe giving a hoot about offering alternatives to using a mobile credit card machine that the customer (e.g. Me) isn't comfortable with. If one does not want to use the manual card capturing machine in this cubicle by entering their personal pin, your only option is further invasion via leaving a copy of your credit card, your driver's license and filling out an extensive form that authorizes them use of that card for 30 days. I'm sure they've got a story about a 'few bad apples spoiling the bunch', yet other retailers have figured out a way to mitigate this risk and still offer several payment options for their customers. Maybe this business could ask those other businesses how this small miracle is accomplished? Similarly, there was not an option to pay cash even though this business is inside of a relatively secure building at Tower Place. I'm always slightly bemused and perhaps a bit perplexed when salespeople don't seem to care or have any energy when they show up for work. The hair bundles that were laying around haphazardly were all a bit ratty and disheveled looking and could definitely have stood to be washed and conditioned since customers probably routinely  handle these when they are trying to decide which  hair they want to purchase. Perhaps a bi-monthly schedule for this task would be a good step towards creating a positive, lasting first impression? I do think that if only one or a few of these  details existed it would be understandable and would not warrant such a poor review, but  the totality of such a poor  first impression, along with the seemingly disinterested sales women, compelled me to  leave a review and hopes that businesses like this might look  inward and improve . All in all, this was a unsatisfactory experience and I left there without any products in hand and paid $4 for parking for my trouble bothering to go over to their shop.

This was the first time I came to this company because I was told that it was good quality hair.  It was more expensive than my normal vender so I said I would give it a shot.  I have never in my life had such trash as hair those of you who are praising this hair must have never had good hair.  I can normal keep an install in for 3 months with my usual vender and reuse the hair for 2 more installs.  Her import so called “ premium hair” is not even good for a second install I have never been so disappointed in my life!!!!!!!  Less than 2 month into my sew in and it has thinned our dramatically with excessive shedding.  I absolutely hate this hair and will neve shop here and waist my money again they are selling beauty supply store knock off hair and calling it premium grade it is premium trash is what it is don’t be fooled as I was whom ever is praising this company.... I can not say if the are receiving something for it but whatever the reason it is not the truth

Best extensions I've ever had! I have the Peruvian body wave, Brazilian deep wave x 2, and the Brazilian body wave... I had the hair made into wigs.. the hair hardly sheds or tangles.. I receive compliments on my wigs constantly about how beautiful the hair is! I'm a lifetime customer! Thank You

Herimports Atlanta provides the best quality hair in Atlanta. The rep Jamilah was so helpful, she keeps her hair laid too, she is very knowledgeable about all hair and products provided by HER imports. I can truly say she offer amazing customer service hands down!
