These guys have been great!  They came out and fixed a really messed up issue that the last HVAC company left me with.  It was a lot of work and they charged me a very good price.  Way better prices than I was getting with other companies!   

The work they did was great and everything has been working ever since.  The people who work for this company are also very nice and easy to talk to and put things in terms that make sense to you, instead of tech talk.  Im super happy that I found this company and I am thankful that they do business properly without trying to get all of your money in the process.  

I suggest them to everyone I talk to with issues for HVAC and I would recommend you contact them for any issues you have.

VERY RUDE People!!! 
I recently was at the Dayton expo center for the home show and my mother had come to pick up my kids and she parked behind my car so i could transfer stuff from one car to the next. As I was putting my child in the car one of your employees in a deer heating and cooling car sped up and began to yell at me and my mom, telling us how stupid we were for parking where we did. Does not represent your company very well.. I know Charlie Deer doesn't own this company anymore and was sold out and he wouldn't have allowed this to happen. I would hate to think someone so unprofessional and that has no respect for 2 women..

Tom at Deer Heating and Cooling is amazing! Super knowledgeable and his information saved me a huge amount of time and money! I won't ever use another HVAC company!!! Thank you Tom and Deer HandC!!!!

Let me start off by saying "This company flat out Rocks"!! From the front office to the installation professionals on board. Top Flight in all areas. The Comfort Specialist "Tom" was by far the most knowledgeable of the 4  companies I consulted with and the most honest as well. I can't imagine anyone doing business anywhere else in our area. I am in Kettering and am now installed with a new Trane Ac unit as well as the Mitsubishi Ductless system in our main bedroom that is on the top floor of a cape cod style home. Amazing results. The installers were a treat to have in my home and did a fantastic install. I won't throw any other company names out there but I promise i heard from all the biggies......Deer is the one to trust with all of your heating and cooling needs. Don't be fooled by any of the other outfits out there. This company really cares and it shows an all they do from start to finish! I call them family now!!! Do I sound happy????????  I am, I am!!
