Staff was very excited and helpful getting me into my first brand new home but as soon as my closing was over, attitudes changed. They did not want to deal with any issues or concerns that I had. You have to get PERMISSION for EVERYTHING you want to do to improve your homesite. The park itself is beautiful and I have no problem's with my neighbors. Management needs an overhaul.

I live here and it is a nightmare. Rules are only enforced on those who complain of other breaking them. The manager has no respect for those who try to live in piece if you question her in anyway she threatens you. I have lived here for 6 years and ever since Diane took over the place has tanked. I cannot wait to get out

I've lived here a little over a year now. Neighbors welcomed me but was warned about the front office. I'm not one to judge. But as time went on, I started to understand what they were talking about. I've been disrespected and lied to. Also, while I walk my dog I meet a lot of people and they tell me their experiences with the staff. Its so sad to hear what they have endured. I know being in Dianes shoes is a lot but I worked at a steel mill 7 days a week in 110/-10 degree atmosphere for 20 years. You talk about stress!!!! But I never took it out on people.

I have lived here for over ten years, it's been a nice place and I had no complaints until recently...with that said management has changed hands recently and words cannot express how truly RUDE and DISHONEST they are to current and potential residents. BUYER BEWARE: From crooked over charging on water bills, to lawns being cut just to charge an extra $50 to your rent, to the poor treatment of it's residents addressing their concerns about these and MANY other matters that don't add up...THIS PLACE HAS TURNED INTO A SUBURBAN PRISON AND I CAN'T WAIT TO BE ABLE TO MOVE OUT!!! NOTHING SHORT OF HORRIBLE SINCE THE NEW MANAGEMENT HAS ENTERED ESPECIALLY THE HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIANE...RUDE!! RUDE!! RUDE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE AT ALL!!!

Alice is a wonderful sales person.   Hopefully they will help my family to get a new and fresh start after just looking their mother.
