Great place, very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and kept up. We only stopped for a day visiting family, but would stay again.

Staff are great! They guide you into your site, which is very helpful since the sites are very tight. Hardly any room at all. In my trip advisor review management responded by saying sites are tight due to the time of year were there, March 2017. But that doesn't make any sense. The site you're in the same size as in the off season! The sites don't increase or decrease in size. We have a Class C t.v. & when we put our slide out, we just about touched the rv next to us. Plastic table & chairs. Had no room for them. Neighborhood is pretty sketchy too. Wouldn't wanna be out after dark there! Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Racist person come up to me trying to play game she's the owner . Tried to block me in because only 1 way in and out

We are in a big rig and this is an older park with narrow access streets, so it took a bit of maneuvering to get into a pull through spot, and even more maneuvering to get out around a tree on the left and a decorative light pole on the other side of the street (I'm giving an extra star because the parking crew is fabulous). . .and once you are in, it is a great place to be. . .very convenient to everything. . .staff are very helpful. . . The beach is five miles away. . .basically a straight shot down 816. . .we drove into Miami twice for sightseeing tours. . .
