At first glance, this gym feels dirty and overcrowded but they have doubles of almost every machine. The variety of equipment is amazing and it's fairly cheap for all that it has. It's always super hot, which I guess is good for keeping your muscles warm. I heard some old men talking about how they follow around pretty girls, and that's super creepy. I really liked this gym though, and it's a shame I don't live there anymore.

I was not sure if I would be comfortable working out with slot of people who are very fit and I'm just beginning. It's very nice and people generally don't make me feel bad. They are there to do their business and they aren't worried about me. I like it. Very diverse group of people. Good energy. Great salsa and dance workout classes

Reasonably priced membership for teachers, free child care, friendly workers, flexible hours, and plenty of available gym equipment.

I am regretting spending the money to join this gym. Overall it is clean and there is a nice variety of free-weight equipment, but today I felt like cattle. I have never been at a gym before where the trainers just kick you out of an area when they are training someone else. So i got the impression that my monthly dues count for less than other patrons? It was frankly insulting. My whole routine was interrupted because I don’t feel comfortable doing all of my core work on mats In front of a dozen people on cardio machines. Just move along people. We have a commission to make here.

Great place to work out! Staff is friendly and helpful and the equipment is great!
