Went to my first cycling class and it was great. Highly recommend for a high intensity cycling class.

A fun yet challenging variety of classes taught by inviting and motivating instructors - loved my experience here! The workout, the people, the facilities.

This gym is AWESOME! It has a variety of classes to chose from, boxing, kettle bells, hot yoga, weight lifting, as well as personal training! The trainers are top notch and classes are always challenging, you cant go wrong with a place that offers so much! I will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed the class with Jon.  He provided detailed instructions in his high energy class. I am looking forward to going back.  I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to have a fun workout with fun people.  Great atmosphere.

GREAT place to take a HUGE variety of group fitness classes and hot yoga. Co-owners Kirk and Jonathan are the real deal and have, in a short time, created an amazing place to get fit, let loose, chill out and feel great.
