Great morning aquatic fitness classes six days a week, both active and adaptive for those who need a slightly slower pace. Six lanes for lap swimming, except only two while Silver Sneakers card gets you a free membership. Nice! Six lanes for lap swimming, except only two when aquatic classes are in session. There is a child care room for young ones, but no other activities for children. Kids not permitted in the pools or locker rooms. Haven't used the floor machines, but there's a good variety, plus yoga & such to check out if you like. No suit spinner and no private dressing areas, but they do provide plastic bags for swim suits.

This place feels super small compared to other gyms.  I don't know if its because of the pool and wet area.  When using the machines, its not enforced to wipe them down.  I know the price has gone down but its only maxing out my credit card each month.  I don't even use the wet area either.  The building itself needs a lot of renovations.   Also the lighting outside is nearly existent.  I don't think its very safe or comforting.  I can only name one person on the staff that i can talk to thats easygoing and down to earth.

Plenty of equipment for hitting every muscle just right.  Gym is clean and doesn't get too hot.  Staff is friendly and always ready to help.  I go here as often as I can.

We were here to work on the building not to work out and would like to point out the management and staff is great to work with and the building maintenance is well kept up, thank you.
