The guys at Definitive were quick to respond and diagnosed the problem effectively.  They offered clear options on the fix and recommended the most cost-effective choice.  They got the job done cleanly and quickly and didn't leave a mess behind.  The job was done for a third party and Definitive took the trouble to send me pictures of the finished product because i wasn't there to see it.  Our guy carefully put booties on to protect the floors.  Overalls were clean too.  Our plumber was clear in his communications and payment was explained clearly and smoothly executed with a credit card.  His demeanor was very professional. 
 Communication was easy by phone and text and I felt the price was fair.

I called Definitive Plumbing & Heating to get my bathtub diverter fixed. Not only were they extremely professional and courteous; they took time to answer my many questions.
Noticing my apprehension, the plumbers were very patient with me and providing full disclosure on the repair process and the estimated bill cost. 
I really appreciated the wealth of knowledge and the fact that there was no pressure. Giving me options and allowing me to choose the one I'm most comfortable with was perfect. Even after agreeing to move forward with the service, the plumber gave me an full overview of what I should expect. Top notch customer service in a world where everyone moves so fast, it was a pleasure to work with a company that took time and performed great work. 
Definitely recommend and will use for future plumbing needs.
