Excellent job as always. Whenever we have an issue crop up (which unfortunately we have had more than our fair share), J Heil is out to our home within a few hours. They are prompt, clean and polite and extremely honest. We needed a new ejector pit pump and the quote was exactly what the cost was. Justin did the install and he was terrific. He also came about a month ago for a bi-annual inspection when he replaced a bathroom faucet. After many, many bad plumbing experiences, we are happy to have found J Heil and no longer worry when their are plumbers in our home!

Heil Plumbing. Arrived on-time, completed the work without issue. He kept the work area clean, left the area as he found it, without any upcharges. No fuss, no muss. Great job Heil plumbing !

Picture a totally reliable, friendly and knowledgeable company doing work on your home. Imagine folks working in your home and yard with as much care and attention as you use yourself when caring for your property. This was our experience deciding to hire Heil Plumbing to remove our plastic water line and replace it with copper. Ed was great explaining the entire process and where problems could arise. No surprises he answered every question I had completely. He took care of all permitting and discussions with the county folks. This was a major project we had seen performed on our neighbors houses by other plumbing firms. We knew it was challenging and were frankly nervous at the start. But from the moment they arrived the Heil crew was tremendous. When digging in the yard they were focused on minimizing that while getting the job done. Even my neighbors were impressed. Today the morning after you would never know they were here except that I told you. Heil Plumbing is our go to company for all future pluming needs.

After using Heil Plumbing to install a water treatment system in our home 3 years ago and having a very positive experience, we called them again a few months ago to fix a few minor plumbing issues. A bathroom sink faucet was spraying water outside of the sink, and the handle on our kitchen sink faucet seemed "too tight." "When the plumber came, he said that he did not have the proper piece for the bathroom faucet in his truck, and that I would have to order the piece from Delta Faucet. He then explained to me how to install it myself. He took the kitchen sink faucet apart, said that he couldn't find anything wrong with it, "lubed" it, and put it back together. I paid him $165 for the visit. The kitchen faucet now instead of being "too tight," was too loose. There was too much "play" in it, is how I can best describe it. Also, we no longer could get hot water out of the faucet. At best we could get lukewarm water. The faucet began to drip. We called and asked if someone could come out again to take another look at the faucet. A different plumber came out, and told us that he was unable to get the screw out to take the faucet apart because it had been stripped. There was nothing he could do. We commented that no one had worked on the faucet since the plumber had previously been there. He said that we would have to pay for the service call, which we refused to do, feeling that not only had they not fixed anything the first time, but they had made the problem worse. The plumber called the office, eventually told us that there would be no charge, and left. My husband called and spoke with the woman who answers the phone. She said that they would just give us our money back, which we found perplexing. We felt that they acted as if we were being a nuisance, when we had been very polite all along, and just wanted our faucet fixed. We finally agreed to accept the refund, figuring that we would call someone else. Several weeks and several unreturned phone calls and e-mails later, my husband finally spoke to Tim, who apparently had sent the check to the wrong address. We gave him the correct address, and several weeks later still did not receive a check. When my husband finally heard from Tim again, he said that the check had already been mailed, though we didn't receive it for nearly a week from then. All in all we are left completely baffled as to why this had gone so wrong. Why were they so reluctant to stand behind their work? Why did they tell us to order parts from Delta Faucet and install them ourselves, when clearly if we knew how to do that/wanted to do that we wouldn't have called them? Why did they offer a refund instead of fixing the problem for us? Why didn't they send the refund until we had wasted way too much time chasing it down? We are not happy to share a negative review about a local, long-time family business, but we are frankly horrified at how badly we were treated, and obviously would never use them again.
