Before switching to DeFranco Insurance I bought all my auto and property insurance direct, believing that doing so would be cheaper than buying insurance through an agency.  John simply asked me if I would give him a chance to see if he could save me money by letting him quote us new policies.  Both the auto and property policies he found for us were less expensive than what we had with no reduction in coverage or quality of insurer.  Not only that, John has a great deal of insurance business expertise from his many years of experience that is helpful to me when I'm making insurance decisions, and I would never get that by calling a toll free number and speaking to a nameless, faceless insurance company tele-marketer.  Plus, John and his team are very helpful and prompt when we need to make a claim, and they handle changes to our policy with ease.  Anytime insurance companies raise rates I can ask John to look around for something better, and we have successfully cut our costs by doing so on more than one occasion.  We now trust John with all our property and auto insurance, including a group of rental house policies that he consolidated into one policy for us at a great rate.  I highly recommend you give John a chance to quote your insurance and save you money too.

DeFranco Insurance really helped me transition several different insurance policies with minimal effort on my part.  They helped me reassess my needs and recommend additional insurance to fill a gap I didn't realize existed.  Extremely professional and timely!

Well all I can say is Debbie had always gone above a d beyond  to help me with any issues or questions I've had. Answered so quick and made me feel cared about and understood. So I'm really grateful and think Debbie is great. I've had a really great experience with Debbie and she has been very helpful thru email with and worries and quick to respond. Helped me with an issue with my mortgage company. So I'm impressed. Thanks

Debbie Sylvester has taken excellent care of me for close to 15 years now.  She ensures I get the best quality coverage for the best price.  If I need to file a claim she's been there to guide me through the nuances quickly and clearly.  Thanks Debbie and DeFranco Insurance!
